Selfish Motives?

As I watched a video recently, my perspective was altered a bit on the way we can look at servant leadership. See the video below;

So, BE SELFISH. Serving others gives you a sense of value that can’t be purchased anywhere, or replicated by any other means. We need to find a way to make serving be attractive and desired. First by ourselves. Perhaps then we can model it for others. Apply this logic to your teams at work, your family, and any other walk of your life.
